Neyleen Sara Beljajev

Neyleen S. Beljajev is an associate at Girardi|Keese where she has practiced since graduating from Loyola Law School.  She specializes in prosecuting claims for serious personal injury and wrongful death, sexual assault and battery, fraud, breach of contract, product liability and premises liability against many of America’s largest corporations.  These include smart USA Inc., Penske Automotive Group, Ford Motor Company, Disney Consumer Products, Inc. and Wal-Mart.  She is strongly committed to protecting the rights and interests of consumers and individuals who have been injured through the negligent acts of others.  As a trial lawyer, she has successfully tried a half dozen jury and bench trials in State Court and has obtained multi-million dollar settlements.

In addition to her busy practice, she is involved in a number of professional organizations including the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Women’s Law Association, Los Angeles.  She is also a Board Member for the Long Beach Bar Association and is the Social Chair for the Long Beach Bar Association, Barristers’ section.  She is also the District Representative for the State of California’s Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association.
